My name is Brad Snyder and I’d like to share some of my philosophy with you all, and what I perceive my job responsibilities are. I became a REALTOR® because I enjoy helping people, I am genuinely interested in real estate in Sierra Vista and southern Arizona.

How will you select your Sierra Vista real estate agent? When you choose me as your agent, you can feel secure knowing that your transaction will be handled professionally, and your interests protected. I put myself in your shoes; I treat your money like it's my money.  I'm interested in building strong, lifelong lasting relationships one person at a time.  My goal is to become your....Personal Realtor for Life!

There are five things that I consider critical to my success as an Agent:

Communication
In order to help people buy and sell homes, I need to be able to communicate effectively. This means listening to my clients goals, answering questions, and educating when there are misconceptions. As the transaction evolves, I focus more on helping clients make decisions by presenting relevant facts.

Professionalism
Professionalism is knowing what needs to be done and doing it in a thoughtful and timely manner. My clients are my partners and I treat them with respect as I work diligently on their behalf.

Technology
People are more independent than ever and like to use the internet to gather information before contacting a real estate professional. This website is my first step in demystifying real estate transactions so that my clients are comfortable with the process and confident in their decisions.

Attitude
A positive attitude is the most important ingredient for success in life and real estate is no difference. Your REALTOR® attitude does make a difference and I work with a "do whatever it takes" attitude. My positive attitude, professional approach to business and problem solving ability is why I should be your next REALTOR®.

Fun
I want to have fun at my job, and I want my clients to have fun working with me. Finding the perfect house is fun when working with buyers. Accepting an offer higher than expected is fun when working with sellers. Giving the "hard sell" to prospective clients is not fun, so you won't get that from me.
